National Barndos LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We are a barndominium design brand. We sell floor plans and design packages directly to our customers.
We do not perform construction work. Where you ask us to, and only after you separately authorize it, we will refer you to an independent, licensed general contractor. Any construction agreement is entered into directly between you and that contractor.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and National Barndos LLC.
We offer sample floor plans, design packages, and paid custom construction drawings. Unless a specific written agreement states otherwise:
General contractors and builders in our network are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of National Barndos LLC.
We will refer you to a contractor only if you ask us to. Before we do, we will identify that contractor to you by name, and we will share your project information with that contractor only after you separately authorize the referral. We do not provide contractors with your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent. If you wish to receive text messages from a contractor, you must give consent to that contractor directly.
Any construction contract you enter is solely between you and the contractor or building entity named in that contract. National Barndos LLC does not guarantee the work, licensing status, insurance, timelines, pricing, or performance of any independent contractor, and is not a party to and not liable under any construction agreement between you and a contractor unless expressly stated in a signed agreement with National Barndos LLC. You are responsible for independently verifying any contractor’s licensing, insurance, and qualifications before entering an agreement.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, plan renderings, videos, and the National Barndos name and marks, are owned by or licensed to National Barndos LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for content you purchase under specific delivery terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
When you purchase a plan or design package, you receive only the license rights expressly granted in your purchase terms. A purchase does not automatically convey redistribution, resale, or unlimited modification rights. Any content you submit to us, such as reviews or project photos, grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, and you represent that you have the rights to grant that license.
If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right you own, contact us at support@nationalbarndos.com with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid notices and may remove the material.
We collect text-messaging consent on the Site through a form or chat window that presents two separate consent checkboxes: one for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. Neither box is pre-selected. You may check one, both, or neither. We send only the categories of messages you affirmatively agreed to receive.
When you consent, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from National Barndos LLC at the number you provided. Each consent applies only to the National Barndos LLC messaging program described below. We do not operate shared, co-branded, or co-registered opt-in forms, and we do not collect consent on behalf of any other business.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may opt out of marketing messages while continuing to receive non-marketing messages by contacting us at support@nationalbarndos.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, text-messaging consent, or opt-in data with any third party, affiliate, partner, or contractor for that party’s own marketing or promotional purposes, or for any purpose other than operating and delivering the National Barndos LLC messaging program you opted into. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our messaging program is limited to operating, delivering, and technically supporting that program. These SMS terms are part of these Terms and are consistent with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site and providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us by email and through notices posted on the Site, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message.
This Section does not apply to text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not given by using the Site, by providing your phone number, or by accepting these Terms. Text messaging is governed solely by Section 7 and requires your separate affirmative opt-in.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe any right, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the Site’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services, including customer relationship management and messaging platforms, payment processors, advertising platforms, independent contractors, and material suppliers. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The Site, plans, design packages, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. National Barndos LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that plans will meet your specific requirements, or that any plan is suitable for construction without independent professional review and local permitting. National Barndos LLC makes no warranty regarding the work or conduct of any independent contractor.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In that case, any such warranties are limited to the minimum scope and shortest duration permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Barndos LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Site, the plans or services, or any construction performed by an independent contractor, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of National Barndos LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our products and services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to National Barndos LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Barndos LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any construction agreement you enter with an independent contractor. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in that case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any separate written agreement, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes to these Terms do not alter or renew any text-messaging consent you have given or withdrawn.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific agreement, are the entire agreement between you and National Barndos LLC regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. The provisions governing intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive any termination of these Terms. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, utility or internet failures, or governmental action.
