For builders and general contractors.
Homeowners Who Already Have Plans.
We design the plan set before anyone talks to a builder. By the time we introduce you, the homeowner knows what they are building, has seen it drawn for their parcel, and has already had the hard conversation about what it takes. You are not bidding blind against two other people pricing a different house.
Why These Are Not the Leads You Are Used To.
The plan already exists.
You are pricing a finished design, not a conversation. Every builder we introduce prices the same drawing, so the comparison is real and you are not undercut by someone who quietly left out site work.
The land is already qualified.
We ask about the parcel before anything else. County, slope, access, and land status. If somebody does not have land yet, you do not hear about them yet.
Expectations are already set.
We tell homeowners plainly that cost depends on site work, foundation, service runs, septic, finish level, and wind design. The sticker shock conversation happens with us, before it happens with you.
You contract directly.
The construction agreement is between you and the homeowner. We are not a party to it and we do not take a position in it.
Where Our Role Ends.
We do not manage your jobsite.
We do not supervise construction, direct trades, or control your schedule. That is your business and we stay out of it.
We do not mark up your work.
You quote the homeowner directly. We are not in the middle of your price.
We stay with the homeowner as their coach.
We keep them informed and prepared so questions come to us instead of eating your afternoon. Most builders tell us this is the part they value most.
What We Expect From Network Builders.
- 01
A current license in the state where you build.
We verify it and we re-verify it.
- 02
Current general liability and workers compensation coverage.
Certificates on file, kept current.
- 03
You answer the phone.
Silence is the single most common reason a build goes wrong, and it is the fastest way out of this network.
- 04
You price the plan as drawn.
If something needs to change, it comes back to the design conversation rather than getting changed quietly on site.
- 05
You treat the homeowner like the client they are.
Because they are your client, not ours.
Where We Are Building the Network.
Plans and design are available in every state. The builder network is activating in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, with coverage still being built out county by county. If you build somewhere we have not reached yet, apply anyway and tell us your counties.
Apply to the Network.
Tell us where you build and what you build. If there is a fit, we will reach out. If there is not, we will tell you that instead of leaving you wondering.
Applying does not create any agreement. Verification of licensing and insurance happens before any introduction is made.
